This course introduces Islamic daʿwah and culture: the duty and etiquette of calling to Allah, sincerity, the prophets as models, the challenges of the modern era, glorifying Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, the straight path against innovation and doubt, and the character of the caller. Lecture notes are bilingual (Arabic with English explanation). It is self-paced: each lecture has notes and a five-question checkpoint quiz, with a midterm after lecture 15 and a final examination at the end. Grades are recorded against Cairo transcript codes MDW 119, PDW 129 and SAR 122.

This course covers the jurisprudence of worship (fiqh al-ʿibādāt) and an introduction to transactions: purification and ablution, prayer in all its forms, funeral rites, zakāh, fasting and iʿtikāf, ḥajj and ʿumrah, the sacrifice, and the rules of sale and ribā with their lawful alternatives. This course presents Islamic creed (ʿAqīdah) as taught in the Bachelor's programme: the meaning and sources of ʿAqīdah, the fundamentals of Ahl al-Sunnah, the three categories of Tawḥīd, Allah's names and attributes, the articles of faith (angels, books, messengers, the Last Day, divine decree), the nullifiers of Tawḥīd, and a response to contemporary atheism.
